Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a powerful, person-centered approach that helps individuals move through ambivalence and find their own motivation for making positive changes. Whether you’re a community member, service provider, or part of a local organization, this training offers valuable insights you can apply in everyday conversations.

In this webinar, you’ll learn how to:

  • Use active listening and other MI techniques to support behavior change
  • Recognize signs of a person’s readiness, willingness, and ability to make meaningful change
  • Create a supportive environment that fosters compassion, acceptance, and self-determination
