We each have a story to tell. Your story can bring hope
to someone going through a difficult time.
Courageous Minds Speakers Bureau helps break mental health stigma through personal storytelling and open conversations. Our speakers show that mental health challenges don’t define a person—they’re just one part of their journey.
Our workshops help you build confidence in sharing your story—whether with yourself, loved ones, or the community. Storytelling is a powerful way to:
- Normalize mental health conversations
- Offer hope and connection
- Challenge stigma through real-life experiences
Through guided training, group discussions, and safe storytelling techniques, we support you in shaping your narrative in a way that feels empowering and impactful.
After completing the workshops, speakers have opportunities to share their stories in schools, community events, professional conferences, and more.
