Tri-City Mental Health Authority invites the community to attend and participate in our monthly Mental Health Commission Meetings. These meetings offer an opportunity for you to stay informed, provide input, and engage with behavioral health services and planning in our region.
How to Join
Meetings are open to the public and are held in person and online via Zoom. Zoom access information is included in the meeting Agenda Packet:

Public Participation
Your voice matters!
In compliance with Section 54954.3 of the Brown Act, members of the public are encouraged to speak on any topic within the jurisdiction of the Mental Health Commission, whether or not it is listed on the agenda.
You may provide public comment in the following ways:
- In person at the meeting: Speak during the public comment period at the meeting.
- Online via Zoom: Use the “Raise Hand” feature or call in when prompted by the Chair to provide live comment.
- By Email: Send your comment to molmos@tricitymhs.org by 1:30 PM on the day of the meeting. All comments received by the deadline will be shared with the Governing Board prior to the meeting.
Please note: While public comment is welcome on non-agenda items, the Mental Health Commission cannot take action on these items at the meeting. The Chair may limit the duration of comments as necessary to ensure broad public participation.

Any disclosable public records related to open session agenda items, and distributed to a majority of the Mental Health Commission less than 72 hours prior to the meeting, are available for public inspection at:
