DESCRIPTION:Tri-City Mental Health Authority invites the community to atten
 d and participate in our monthly Mental Health Commission Meetings. These 
 meetings offer an opportunity for you to stay informed\, provide input\, a
 nd engage with behavioral health services and planning in our region.\nHow
  to Join\nMeetings are open to the public and are held in person and onlin
 e via Zoom. Zoom access information is included in the meeting Agenda Pack
 et:\nView Current Agendas and Minutes\nPublic Participation\nYour voice ma
 tters!\nIn compliance with Section 54954.3 of the Brown Act\, members of t
 he public are encouraged to speak on any topic within the jurisdiction of 
 the Mental Health Commission\, whether or not it is listed on the agenda.\
 n\nYou may provide public comment in the following ways:\n\n 	In person at
  the meeting: Speak during the public comment period at the meeting.\n 	On
 line via Zoom: Use the “Raise Hand” feature or call in when prompted b
 y the Chair to provide live comment.\n 	By Email: Send your comment to mol
 mos@tricitymhs.org by 1:30 PM on the day of the meeting. All comments rece
 ived by the deadline will be shared with the Governing Board prior to the 
 meeting.\n\nPlease note: While public comment is welcome on non-agenda ite
 ms\, the Mental Health Commission cannot take action on these items at the
  meeting. The Chair may limit the duration of comments as necessary to ens
