Tri-City Mental Health offers paid internships for graduate-level Master of Social Work (MSW) students. Students gain valuable opportunities to complete their internship requirements while gaining real-world experience in community mental health. Our internships are available for second-year MSW students, with tailored experiences to support your professional growth and career preparation.
What You Can Expect:
- Supervision: Weekly individual and group supervision to guide your development
- Skill Development: Training in electronic health records, documentation, and evidence-based practices

Program Highlights:
Interns will engage in foundational community mental health experiences, including:

- Clinical outpatient services

Requirements
Second year graduate students in a Master of Social Work program
Attend one of the following schools:
- University of California, Los Angeles
- University of Southern California
- California State University at Northridge, Dominguez Hills, Long Beach or Los Angeles
- Azusa Pacific University
- California Baptist University (CBU)
Build skills in a chosen concentration to prepare for a career in mental health practice.
